ATTENTION:

The quoted prices are per week per party. A discount may apply for parties of 4 or less. 

There is a mandatory cleaning fee of € 150,-- and usage electricity surcharge against cost price. There is a refundable deposit of € 1000,-- that will be returned a week after your stay, provided there are no (not-declared) damages.
